Dr. Waring is a specialist in Periodontics and Implantology. Our practice specializes in conservative treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance your smile, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth. We also diagnose and treat oral pathology.
Although no one really likes to go to the doctor or dentist, we strive to make your visits with us as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. We strongly believe that our patient’s comfort is an important part of quality dental care.
Dr. Waring believes that it is important to work closely as a team with your referring dentist, but a referral by a dentist is not required for a visit to our office. If you have come to us by referral from a patient or friend of the practice, we will work with your current general dentist.
We are extraordinarily proud of our staff, which is comprised of caring and dedicated professionals. They communicate well with our patients and each other, ensuring that the patient’s surgical and administrative needs are met as smoothly as possible.

Your First Visit
Your first visit will be a thorough evaluation followed by a discussion of our findings. So that we can properly determine your individual needs, we typically do not schedule exams and treatment on the same day. We want to make sure you have all the information you need, and that all of your questions are answered prior to any treatment being provided. There is a fee associated with your first visit. Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation.
- Your referral slip and any x-rays if applicable.
- A list of medications you are presently taking
- If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance information.
Preparation for your First Visit
If you desire, you can complete your patient registration form and bring it with you to your first appointment. You can download the form by clicking here (Patient Registration Form). It is important that you fill out the form completely and list any medications, allergies or other pertinent information that could affect your dental treatment.
English - Please bring a translator with you if you are not fluent in English.
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation appointment.
X-Rays - If your dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional x-rays are necessary, they will be taken at our facility.
